Christopher J. Baclawski

Mr. Baclawski is the founding Managing Partner for CB Capital Partners which was established in 2001. Mr. Baclawski has participated in numerous corporate finance transactions, including mergers & acquisitions; underwritten initial, secondary and convertible subordinated debenture public offerings; private placements of equity and debt securities; business valuations and fairness opinions where he has been involved in raising in excess of $2.0 billion in capital for his clients. Mr. Baclawski's transactional experience spans working in a variety of industries including automotive, retail & consumer, healthcare, financial services and technology.

Prior to forming CB Capital Partners, Mr. Baclawski held Investment Banking and Corporate Finance positions with firms such as Wells Fargo Securities and the Real Estate Investment Banking divisions of both Goldman Sachs Company (Archon Group) and CB Richard Ellis Investors. Mr. Baclawski began his career in the financial services industry in 1994 with AT&T's Global Business Financial Division and was the recipient of the 1994 AT&T Academic Achievement Award. Mr. Baclawski has lectured on various corporate finance topics both domestically and internationally and is active with a limited number of philanthropic activities.

Mr. Baclawski received a B. A. degree in Economics and Business with distinction from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1994 with a concentration in Biological Sciences and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Don Beall Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of California, Irvine.

Jacqueline J. McClung

Ms. McClung is a Partner with CB Capital Partners and has been with CB Capital Partners since its inception. Ms. McClung has more than 16 years of experience within the corporate finance arena as well as corporate administration including participation at the Corporate Finance Commitment Committee and Executive Management Committee levels. She has also been involved with over 130 public offerings that raised approximately $2.0 billion.

Ms. McClung has held a number of senior positions during her 16 year corporate finance career with various Southern California regional investment banks. Her professional experience includes the oversight and management of Syndicate Departments and coordination of Investment Banking operations including Debt, Equity, and Securities Services activities to optimize performance and profitability. Ms. McClung was responsible for compliance supervision of the Corporate Finance and Syndicate Departments including all correspondence and corporate documentation to ensure legal compliance required by the regulatory agencies.

Ms. McClung graduated with a BS degree in Education and English from the University of Colorado and currently holds Securities Licenses 7, 63 and 24.

George H. Bristol

Mr. Bristol is a Managing Director - Corporate Finance for CB Capital Partners, which he joined in 2010. Mr. Bristol has provided financial advisory services to many companies in mergers, acquisitions, public and private offerings of debt and equity including securities, reorganizations and debt restructurings. Mr. Bristol has experience in industries including software, high-tech, transportation consumer products and natural resources.

Prior to joining CB Capital Partners, Mr. Bristol was a Managing Director of Corporate Finance of Crowell Weedon & Co. Prior to joining Crowell Weedon & Co. in August 2006, he was a member and Chief Financial Officer of Vantis Capital Management, LLC, a registered investment advisor which managed the Vantis hedge funds totaling over $1.4 billion from November 2002. Prior to Vantis Capital Management, LLC, he was an investment banker with several firms including Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Department of Wells Fargo Securities, a Partner in the Merger and Acquisition group at Ernst & Young, LLP and a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Department of Dean Witter Reynolds in Los Angeles. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Regional Manager for Prudential - Bache Capital Funding where he was responsible for the regional Office in San Francisco, and Director of the High Tech Group. Prior to that, he was First Vice President in the Merger and Acquisition group at Blyth Eastman Paine Webber in New York.

Mr. Bristol received an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School with a concentration in Finance, and a B.A. degree from the University of Michigan majoring in Economics. Mr. Bristol also served as an officer in the US Marine Corps Reserve.

Tauna K. Vandeweghe

Ms. Vandeweghe is a Director of Business Development for CB Capital Partners. Ms. Vandeweghe has over 20 years of global diversified financial and business development experience. She has played an integral role in a variety of assignments including mergers & acquisitions, fairness opinions, valuation, litigation, recapitalizations, divestitures, private placements of debt and equity securities and restructurings. She also has notable expertise in sports, technology, apparel and media. Ms. Vandeweghe comes from one of the most recognized family names in the sports industry. Her father Ernest was a NY Knick and team doctor to the Los Angeles Lakers, her brother Kiki was a multiple NCAA and NBA All Star, GM and Coach, and her daughter Coco was a 2008 US Open Junior Champion and is currently ranked in the top 100 in professional tennis.

Considered as one of the top 50 athletes in California history, Ms. Vandeweghe brings a multifaceted expertise to the company. She competed in the 1976 Olympics in Swimming while attending UCLA, winning 5 NCAA titles, then went on to USC playing Volleyball, winning a NCAA Title then going on to the 1984 Olympic Volleyball team. Ms. Vandeweghe went on to a successful broadcast/journalism career in L.A., New York and Oregon, working with ESPN, Sports Channel and various Networks. She also became one of the major fund raisers in NY, working with charities, government and local entities, entrenching herself with numerous high profile financial individuals and institutions. Ms. Vandeweghe also worked on the initial stages of marketing for SoBe and marketing tours for Sugar Free Jello. She marketed and ran various non-for-profit events moving on to become the first women to be a General Manager for a men’s professional basketball team. Since she has relocated to California, she worked with Niken, in sales, developing marketing tools and also raising private equity.

Ms. Vandeweghe attended both the University of California at Los Angeles where she studied Communications, and the University of Southern California where she studies Broadcast Journalism.

Xucun (Michael) Tang

Mr. Tang is an Investment Banking Associate for CB Capital Partners. Mr. Tang's responsibilities include working with emerging growth companies on transactions in private placements of debt and equity, mergers and acquisitions, fairness opinions, and valuations. Mr. Tang is also responsible for CB Capital’s China related business, including business development, customer relations, and various investment banking services to Chinese clients.

Prior to joining CB Capital Partners, Mr. Tang worked for Shanghai Baosteel Group in the commercial banking and asset management groups. Mr. Tang is a native speaker of Mandarin and he has a deep understanding of both Chinese and international finance and business.

Mr. Tang received his B. A. degree in Finance from the East China Normal University. Mr. Tang is an MBA graduate with an emphasis in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
