For eighteen years, Mr. Massey was the Managing Partner of Deloitte & Touche's Orange County office. During his tenure, the Orange County office experienced unprecedented growth with an expansion from 22 employees to over 800 at the time of his departure. At over 800 employees, the Deloitte & Touche office is significantly larger than any other public accounting firm in Orange County. In addition, Mr. Massey managed and oversaw the integration of several mergers, business development, and the introduction of new services including the launch of a successful consulting practice with over 200 employees.
